EMNA has used Memphis Computer Support for our IT services since 2017. The relationship began on an as needed basis. Memphis Computer Support and their team updated our office’s computers, firewall and handled emergency downtime. Melanie’s team was instrumental in getting our website up and fully functional, and they also performed an email migration to Microsoft 365 in 2022. So, in 2023 we signed a full managed services contract with Memphis Computer Support. We now have access to complete support and advanced email protection and reports that come with it. This helps to maintain our HIPPA compliance. Our devices have remote monitoring and management, so it is a proactive engagement that we really appreciate. We are huge fans of the response normally within 30 min when we reach out to their team. I highly recommend Memphis Computer Support.
